It’s a family business

24 years ago, a young couple moved to Monticello, AR from northwest Arkansas. They immediately knew upon arriving that they wanted to make a difference in this little town they now call home.  

David and Monica both grew up playing sports and was very active in fitness and health.  Monica played collegiate basketball for North Arkansas College in Harrison and UAM in Monticello where she majored in Health & Fitness. She received her Phyiscal Therapist Assistant degree and license in 2005 from South Arkansas College.  She provided physical therapy for over 16 years with focus on orthopedic, sports, geriatric, and including aquatic certifications.  She received her CF1 in 2021.

David was CF1 certified with CrossFit in 2011 and immediately began coaching  CrossFit classes at CrossFit Monticello.  He has continued motivating and improving lives through Paradigm Fitness (formerly CrossFit Monticello).  David has a degree in Business Management through the University of Phoenix.
